Cost: $110 per night *tax not included* There is a one time incidental fee of $50 that will be held at the time of check-in will be refunded.

Rooms MUST be booked by May 8th NO EXCEPTIONS. Any cancellations after this date you will be responsible to pay a one-night fee of $110 to Gamma Lambda Phi.

Fee for guest(s): Every Magnolia is responsible for registering for this event. A registration link will be sent out within the next few weeks. Magnolias and guests are required to register. Registration will close on May 20, 2020 at 12:12 pm CST.

This event is MANDATORY for ALL SORORS if you do not attend you are still responsible for paying the $225 registration fees by 5/20/2020 12:12pm CST!! 

There is a $15 guest fee for probate that can be made payable to: Gammalambdaphisororityinc@gmail.com  USE FRIENDS AND FAMILY method to avoid fees. When sending this payment please be sure to put in the note section your guest name so that we have a head count. (This amount MUST be paid by June 1st, 2020 12:12 pm CST) 

Probate Date:  (the venue will be given the week of crossing) June 27, 2020

 Theme: Denim & White with a hint of ART or Graffiti. Keep in mind this is not considered Gamma business so you are able to dress how you see fit, but be mindful in your attire as there will be other guest outside of Gamma there. 

We will have a DJ at this event. Not only is it a probate for new ladies, but it is the Founding month and we want you all to enjoy each other. 

Lastly, I know that you all will be bringing your significant others, please inform them so that they are prepared that you will be on Gamma's time all of Thursday and Friday until the mid-afternoon/late afternoon depending on what is planned by the events department. 

Every sister that is attending MUST arrive in Atlanta, GA by 4 pm Thursday so that you can check in and we begin what is needed for the pledges. 

M.O.U.N.T Gamma you are still considered neophytes, so if anyone on the executive board needs assistance, please make yourself available.
